Randy Wood, Senior Minister

Dr. J. Randall Wood has served as the Senior Minister and Preacher for LRCC since 1997. Randy and his wife, Christa, have three adult children-Erica, Morgan, and Randall Jr.-as well as a wonderful grandson, Mayz. Randy earned his BA in Bible and Communication from Freed Hardeman University, his MA in Counseling from Harding University, as well as his PhD in Communication from the University of Kentucky. He has preached in Maryland, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana, and has served as a Visiting Professor at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Louisville. Currently, Randy serves as a Part-time Instructor at Anderson University.

David Carnes, Worship Minister

David Carnes has served as the Worship Minister at LRCC family since April of 2006. David and his wife, Lisa, have been married since 1997, and are the proud parents of Gabrielle Lorraine, born in March of 2006. David is a graduate of Rochester College with a BA in Religious Education & Counseling. Prior to his arrival in Anderson, David worked with churches in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. In his spare time David enjoys listening to music, reading Science Fiction or watching TV. David considers himself to be a Michigan football SUPERfan (Hail to the Victors!).

Adam Hill, Youth Minister

Adam Hill has served as the Youth Minister at LRCC since March of 2006. Adam and his wife, Kelly, have been married for 10 years and have a one-year old son, Cooper. Adam earned his BA in History, his MAR and his MDiv in Biblical Studies from Lipscomb University. Adam is currently working toward the completion of his PhD in Systematic Theology from Westminster Theological Seminary (Philadelphia, PA). Adam has ministered at churches in Georgia, Tennessee, New Jersey, and Indiana. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Bible at Lipscomb University. Adam, Kelly, and Cooper are fans of the University of Alabama Crimson Tide (Roll Tide Roll!).
